The lake has dropped to where it is four foot low and the temps are holding in the mid 50 range and the water mostly as clear as it ever gets. Bass can be located in several ways, I have been catching most of them in 4-8 ft of water around balls of shad that have been be on the main lake docks where you have brush and shad. You will catch a mixed bag this way, large whites, hybrids and largemouth are usually in the same areas. These fish have been coming on a shad crank bait and a 1/2 oz Bad to the Bone spinner bait that is locally made.
You can also catch them off main lake points where the shad are located, This type of structure has been good on a deep diving crank baits that will dive to around 25 ft. The best colors have been shad and a light green with blue.
Remember to be safe out there and always hook up the safety lanyard when the big motor is running( it's the law). Also wear your life jacket it will save your life.
Guide trips can be reserved for the 2020 season by calling 972-345-9370 or go on line to bassaspecialty.biz.
Have a safe and fishy season, also a happy New Year. [Linked Image]

Sorry for the late answer, the hidden stumps are somewhat above water, however there are still lots of the under there also so be careful on this lake. If you are not sure where you are going go slow.
