I don’t keep up with politics much. Can someone give me the cliff notes of what’s going on? I didn’t know Iran was formally involved in Iraq.

I don’t keep up with politics much. Can someone give me the cliff notes of what’s going on? I didn’t know Iran was formally involved in Iraq. From the article... "The airstrikes targeted an Iranian-backed Iraqi militia, Kataib Hezbollah, which the United States accused of carrying out a missile attack on an Iraqi military base that killed an American contractor and wounded American and Iraqi service members."

Nope, all Bush's fault. Nothing but a damn trillion dollar train wreck from day one. Not to be political but...anyone who looking back and cannot say that Iraq was a HUGE mistake is naive. But, what is done is done... cant change it now. Iraq was a huge mistake but there has been plenty of time to get the heck out. Iran is Russia's proxy like North Korea is China's. We either need to glass them and leave or just leave. Russia will move into Syria, Iran and Iraq. Let them be the occupiers...China is busy taking over Africa.

Whoever is at fault/blame. They are attacking our Embassy. I don’t think Trump will let this happen. Maybe Pompeo will have to testify for 11 hours about the attack.
