Where’s the best place to get them in north Texas? Mine are two years old and not holding a charger any more? I need to group 29’s for my Ultrex

I bought a optima 27 which was the largest they had last week for 225$. They had the normal blue tops for 199$ At academy sports

I went to dekas, run 3 grp 27 and a 24 in my champion 202.

sartin marine had them for about 135.00 for the 27s and the 24 was about 100.00

used wally world for yrs. and liked them for price and easy exchange but with dekas being same price and made in the u.s.a. I went with them since sartin is close to fork.

wally world are made in mexico for johnson control.

I haven't used the Walmart batteries but everyone that does seems to like them quite a bit.
Another choice is the Super Start marine battery from Oreillys auto parts. They have both AGM and lead acid, both are made by East Penn, the makers of Deka batteries.
If you decide to go with a lead acid battery over the AGM's I would go with who has the best warranty for the price.
If you want an AGM battery I would go with the Duracell from Sams Club.

Totally agree. It is worth getting a Sams Club card even if you are only getting the batteries.
