Well the meats come out great and barely any leftovers! Made up my own Ham Glaze with Rum, Brown Sugar and Honey. It was fantastic! Turkey on the Pit Barrel Cooker inject with Tony's Creole Butter and seasoned with Pit Barrel All Purpose Seasoning. Moist and Juicy melt in your mouth Turkey. Pulled at 170 in the breast and 175 in the thigh.
