Not only do they need a coach they are in bad need of a QB, that was embarrassing, Dak is not worth 20M a year, he is middle of the road at best. He missed wide open receivers and constantly threw behind open receivers, just like he has done for most of the year. I would franchise him and start drafting QB's to compete with him, there is a reason he was a late fourth round pick.

As long as dak is QB they will be a perennial 8-8 team. Iām not sure how much of this really is coaching.

It really does not make a difference who they hire as long as the leadership above the head coach remains the same the end product will probably be mediocre.

I wish jerry would fire him tonight, forget that you still have a shot at getting in the playoffs and getting crushed, just fly off the handle and fire somebody. It would be refreshing.

I am not a Jason Garrett fan. Growing up I was a Tom Landry fan. I looked up the record for both coaches through their first 9 seasons. Garrett has a better record. Yeah, I know Landry started from scratch with an expansion team. Yeah, I know times have changed. Landry was left alone to do his job and finally, after 12 years, he won the Super Bowl. Could Garrett win a Super Bowl if given 12 years? Maybe. Would he be left alone to do his job?

I'm in the camp that believes the head coach isn't the problem. But....we can't expect the owner to fire himself, so....
