A good rule of angling philosophy is not to interfere with another fisherman's ways of being happy, unless you want to be hated.

Not a movie but a TV series back in the 70's called Rich Man Poor Man.

Hardy Kruger is one of my favorite foreign actors. He liked the setting in Africa so much, he bought the film set and ran it for years as a base for tourists visiting the area. And I can remember the tragic life of Brandy (Michelle Girardon) who was also in this movie. The movie itself was really good and much different than most of Wayne’s westerns. Final shout out for Henry Mancini who won many awards for the soundtrack

My son agrees with The Godfather. I just can’t make myself watch any gangster movies. It’s just something I block out of my mind. Maybe i don’t want to have nightmares of waking with a horse head in my bed. I watched the Road to Perdition and, although Paul Newman is one of my faves, I left sad and confused. Maybe someday...

As a kid the one that jumps out at me is "Where the Red Fern Grows". It's just one of those movies that bring back memories. As an adult, there are too many to list.
