Been working way too much lately. Planning to try and take my son out and catch some fish over the next couple of weeks with holidays.
I dont have a lot of experience on Cedar Creek yet, but trying to learn. I am up in the Gun Barrel City area, but will ride for the right place!
Any suggestions on where and how to catch some crappie this time of the year. I have a small aluminum bass boat and Lorance electronics - that I am still learning to use the DI and SI on...
Thanks in advance to all.
Best wishes for all for a wonderful and blessed Christmas and a good finish to this year!

If you can get up in the creeks look for lay downs and you will put some fish in the boat.

The Crappie thump is an amazing feeling

Going in the morning with son. Weather says nice, looking forward to it.
Going to work the 334 bridge and some creeks looking for brush and cover, and some docks.

Anyone do any good this weekend?

Thanks for the PM's I received!
