I have never had anyone call me a Legend...
Thank you very much for the kind compliment Sir.
You seem to have always had the passion to share with others as my Dad and I have over the years when it comes to Crappie Fishing.
Anyone who knows my family and has run into us out on the water knows we are more than willing to help in anyway we can. We have given fish to those that had bad days on the water. We have given jigs to those that do not have what the fish seem to be biting. We will help with color, depth, presentation. We love helping turn a bad day into a good day. I have even shown people how to tie more that one jig on a line or how to tie different knots that we use. I do not expect anything in return other than help pay it forward someday. We can always use some intel like any fisherman so if you have something to share in a fishing report we always appreciate the reciprocation.
Bottom Line is we love to help and so do you.
Dad and I have been skunked plenty of times and had days that were just not meant to be our day.
The biggest tail whipping I can remember was a Tournament on Fork where you only bring in one fish. It was in April like several years ago and Dad and I fished that Tournament and did not get a single bite the entire day not even a dink. It was disastrous for us.
We drove home from Fork with our tails between our legs and felt like we had been kneecapped.
We have not fished a Tournament since that one. Maybe again someday sometime in the future.
Three Days later we caught a Crappie that would have placed 4th in the Tournament. Dad and I laughed about it and said where were you 3 days ago.
We will have to set it up and go sometime soon. Would love to go catching with you as well. Let's go to Fork when we do it.
I am sure my Dad and I could learn a lot from you and we will probably have some good laughs to boot.
We are still trying to learn our Livescope we just installed.
We started fishing Crappie in 2007 after a long break from fishing and it felt good to be back on the water after being away so long.
We learn something new every fishing trip with regards to Crappie Fishing.
My Dad and I are not too proud we are sponges and always willing to learn.
I will give you a holler after I get my January Schedule sorted out and maybe we can get something on the books that works for both of us.
If you are on Fork and see White Caps that is just Shock Waves from the Crappie Population that ACC and Bonehead are coming.

Thank you as well for all that you do to share the sport of Crappie Fishing with others.
