I have an older Bass Cat and the trailer needs sandblasted/painted. I’ve heard a few people talk about Line X....pros and cons??

Pro? It’s very durable. Con? It’s only black once....then it’s dirty forever.
I am thinking about doing Raptor Liner on mine. Same basic thing. I have a scratched up looking trailer though, so it would be an improvement on my trailer.

Gatorhyde is what is on the trailers made by marine masters, under lots of boats. They offer a paint over gator hide option at phoenix, it is shiny then and cleans well, BUT it will flake off if you power wash etc or may just flake off randomly some time. Mine is not paint over and it always looks a dull ashen color. Lots of posts about that out there. If the prep on your trailer isnt good the gatorhyde or any coating will delaminate, peel etc. http://www.gatorhyde.com/

Most of the spray on's come in alternate colors. A trailer is going to get dirty just like anything else on the road or dipped in the lake. It can be power washed just like the rest too.
Grateful for every sunrise and sunset I get to witness. - Jason

Had my last boat trailer done, the whole thing. Won't do it again, it gets so dirty even hard for power washer to clean. Also doesn't take long for it to look dull and faded.
