They cater us meals and we get a sizable bonus. Last years was over $20K. WOW! I’d say that’s sizable. Is that something that you were expecting for annual income, or unexpected? That’s huge. You are putting that out there. Wow crazy They have to pay that much to live in Fritch, it's a real dump.

Fishing is much better, Meredith is making a good comeback. The Walleye are excellent and if you like to eat fish walleye are second to none. Smallmouth are slowly coming back and hopefully recent stocking will help in the resurgence. The quality Largemouth population is still struggling but when out there it's not unusual to catch 20-25 10" fish. They will continue to grow as long as the conditions stay favorable. Lake Meredith has the state record for Walleye and maybe the only lake in Tx. Where they are self sustainable, it will also produce world class trophy smallmouth and has held the state record for over 20 years. The depth is currently between 76 and 77 ft. Yes it is windy West Tx. And isn't for the weak of heart, our deer and quail hunting is second to none.

We get $200 extra in our paycheck that is supposed to be a pay it forward thing. Mine went to those kids that der coach posted about who lost their parents and home in that house fire.
Team wolfs I had to perform. It took a minute to get it all in my mouth and another five to swallow it all.

We have a Christmas luncheon and then get a Years of Service bonus.
I started my 29th year with the company so this years YOS was $1,700 plus after taxes.
Then I get a yearly performance bonus at the end of the year which is anywhere from $2,500 to $40K after taxes (best one yet).
I stay through this year and I get a Rolex or I can take the cash for my 30 year award.
I think I'll stick around for at least one more year.
