Mine........prob not like most companies. We have a Christmas Party and dinner for all managers (31 of us) at a nice venue. Great food and all attending get a gift of usually $300-$500 value. I’ve heard of people getting gifts that are in the thousands of dollars from some firms, but that may be part of their bonus structure, too. Overall, not complaining. Just checking to see what your company does. I may need to suggest to the owners that they could step it up a notch or two..

They cater us meals and we get a sizable bonus. Last years was over $20K. They quit serving alcohol about 10yrs. ago and the traditional Christmas party fizzled out. It was interesting though this year at the company picnic alcohol was served.

No, every company I worked for was a large corporation. At best, our department directors would spring for a Dinner at like Maggios etc. Bonuses and stock options were all performance based.

My VP would call a lunch Directors Meeting at fancy eats place and we'd have what ever we wanted on the menu..
Then we would get a specialty gift,...one year he got us all full size Louisville Slugger baseball bats with company logo and our names on it, really cool, and came with a glass case. We got new golf bags one year with logo and our name,..stuff like that.
And that was when we were told what our annual bonus percentage was,..that was sweet..!!

Used to get around a $600 cash gift. Now a turkey (if you're there to pick it up) and a token gift (fleece blanket, small cooler --- 6 pack size , insulated water bottle --- these the last 3 years) with the hospital logo.

I generally buy the student workers lunch on the day before Thanksgiving and the last day before Christmas break...The professional staff gets a catered lunch, or dinner, sometime before Christmas break...
