It's getting old for sure. I wish they wouldn't "glorify" it so much by media coverage. Not sure if not talking about it so publicly and it may slow it down.

We're in Hawaii right now (On Kuahi, not Oahu) and it is certainly all over the news here.
An active duty military person is a bit out of the norm for all these shooter types, but I agree that all the media coverage has caused some of these goofballs to seek their 15 minutes of fame.

The civilians that were shot were all shipyard workers in the Dry Dock 2 area. The investigation is ongoing and all non-essential personnel have been told to stay home today.
Lots of folks in that area already for all the events (this Saturday) for the 78th anniversary of the Pearl Harbor attack.

How does OT feel about these shootings in the light of current events? I’m not sure how they would tie together, but both are sad right now- Also I don’t see either getting better anytime soon- I haven’t heard if the last two shootings were from domestic situations, if so they have been happening for a long time-
