ESPN and TU are partners. I would be surprised if ESPN would sign off on TU vs. A&M.

One thing for certain if Texas did play Texas A&M that game would be a complete SELL OUT! That game would generate a good T.V. rating also.
Not to mention a lot of BIG BUCKS! (Money).

I'd be thanking my lucky stars if Texas got matched up with aggy. They played 12 games, 4 against non conference cupcakes, and did not win a single game, NOT ONE, against a team that finished the season with a winning record.

But next year is the year!!!! (Heard everything August in C-STAT) hmmmmm..... sounds just like another franchise that’s in a 24 year drought. Welp, 24 is way better than 80!

Yes this match up would be great, would be billed as the Irrelevance Bowl. It would solve the mystery of who the best 7-5 team in Tx. is.
With all that suckage assembled in San Antonio hopefully it would pull some Gulf moisture across to give Falcon some much needed rain. I wonder if the ticket package comes with a free mugging by one of the many local gangs ? Ah yes a true Tx. experience.

The Ags also didn't lose to a team with a losing record...which the horns did...
The horns have the 108th ranked defense...the Ag's have the 32nd ranked defense.
I think it would be a fairly even contest, with the Ags winning, unless Mond plays like he did against LSU.
