This is a whole deboned turkey. Stuffed and rolled, then smoked over JD Hickory. Dark and white meat in every slice. A prototype that worked well. Sorry about the presentation. It’s going fast.

My nephew and I had Jack in Box. We wanted Popeyes chicken sandwiches but apparently Jack in the Box was one of the only places we could find that was open. And they only had their drive though window open. So we ate our meal in the parking lot.

Wife bought a small turkey this year, only sposed to be 4 of us. Youngest invited his GF, and the small turkey barely fed us all.

Stuffed with aromatics, herbs, apples, and easily a pound of butter.

Brined for 24 hours prior to roasting.
