Posted last night in the recipe section along with some ideas for edits. I'm on a cinnamon kick and want to add some to the bottom chocolate layer and add cinnamon chips (they're exactly like chocolate chips but cinnamon) to the topping with the coconut and pecans. It would fundamentally change it, but I think it'd be even better.

About to get up and start making a bunch of pie crusts for pecan, buttermilk, and pumpkin pies. And which coconut pie are you talking about? Impossible coconut pie, coconut meringue, or the creamy coconut refrigerator pie? I've posted all of this in the recipe section over the years.

I know I would like all of those you mentioned but the creamy coconut refrigerator pie sounds the most tempting. Which is your favorite?
