 Current Beach Conditions on Padre?

Considering taking a day to do a little fishing in Port Aransas tomorrow... does anybody have any idea what the conditions are like? Specifically the water clarity around Port Aransas (I would enjoy doing a little spearfishing if the water is clear enough).

what depth Stan? Right on the beach will clear up fast with north wind.. S and SW winds dirty it up, but I don't know anyone spear fishing that shallow. What's your plan?

I normally head out to the end of the Port A jetties to target bigger sheepshead, 10-20 foot range. But I figure any answers I get would be from right off the beach and would give insight into the clarity all around.
