Lot's of coaching mistakes for sure. But also players are not playing up to the level they should. Witten dropped several balls that hit in square in the hands. If Coop can't play at 90% then he should stay on bench and get Pollard or someone else in there.

If they were smart they would look at the kid who put in the offense LSU is using. He came to them from the Saints so he has some experience from the pro level. I would at least look at him for OC

Because he fits the new mold of the young aggressive head coach. Not saying he is good or will be good or that it will even be him but he fits the new profile of a head coach and he will be looked at.

He actually has done heck of a job with a rookie QB thought to be too small and a Cardinals team low on talent. He has them in their games fighting hard. He has done much better than I expected him to. He has that team on the right track.

I'm intrigued by the DC of the 49ers. Dude seems like he gets it. He has succeeded in all his jobs so far. Pair up a good young offensive coordinator with fresh mind, open mind and a little creativity and they could build something special here.

Honestly, I was calling for Jason to be replaced. However, I am not sure that is going to fix anything. I know it’s Jerry’s team and money but, he fired a coach who had won two
Super Bowls and was going to win at least two more. Jerry, needs to hire a coach and give that person total control. I do not know anyone that works their best while being micro managed.

Jerry brought in Barry and told him not to screw it up. He could only win 1 super bowl with the team Jimmy built. He brought in Parcels and did nothing with him. Jerry should either step back or just hire another yes man. I vote the later will happen.

They needed to fire Garrett at 6pm yesterday. This team will never reach its potential with him as head coach. They may even be driven to perform better WITHOUT a head coach for the interim.

I think he has long lost the faith in the locker room. Now that Jerry has openly admitted that several games this season were lost due to coaching errors, the players will really give up on ANYTHING Garrett tries to get them to do. There is no going back now. Period. Garrett will be gone. Save the rest of the season and stop the bleeding by sending him packing ASAP. Or continue down the path of mediocrity and keep losing the games that could be won.

There is too much talent on this team to be wasted with horrible coaching decisions day in, day out.

Garrett has openly admitted that he’s interested in NY. This even further alienates the players and makes them feel as though there efforts to win will be futile, since a coaching decision will likely negate their hard work.
