When I needed some computer advice, I spoke with Robert aka “dafanman” here on the TFF. We discussed my issues in detail and he was confident my laptop could be repaired versus purchasing a new one.

Lost my 8 yr old computer last April, and although we could have fixed it, I opted for a new machine. Got everything plugged in and turned Robert loose on it for optimum performance. He even gave me a care package of products to help keep it clean and safe. Did a fantastic job and greatly appreciated.

When my Wife bought her new puter, she had it dropped directly to Robert, he set it up and delivered it to her, GREAT job, time and cost.

Now on mine, I can screw it up by no more then looking at it, However He keeps it in order at a real reasonable cost.
