Good luck!! Tawakoni is a good lake to break in scales  properly 
If it ain't broke don't fix it...but go ahead and work on it anyway.....

I took a friend down there last week. And he was not ready to hook into a monster. And paid the price. Got broke off and never got to see it. I can tell it was over a fifty lbs fish.

Well able to get out today. AVERY slow bite. But I was able to weight a fish. I caught a 11.14 Strper
The Whisker Seeker scale is awesome

My scale was smoking after this weekend Jet. We popped a 59, 54, 52, 50, some 40s, a few 30s, and a hand full of 20s! I thought the front would shut em down too but we got lucky! Scale works great but my back is smoked!!

I heard catfish connection has a new one that resembles the whisker seeker scales  Not the same one. It’s an exclusive Whisker Seeker product we put a lot of work into.

I’ve turned so many guys onto y’all’s rods and gear I outta be on the payroll! Lol...But seriously, love yalls gear Chad. I’ve run y’all’s MH rods since they were first released and new FMJ is easily my favorite rod. Any issues I’ve had have been quickly resolved by either you or whisker seeker. Also appreciative of the advice you’ve given me whenever I’ve asked. Most guys with your level of experience have turned their nose up at me when I asked for advice. Thanks for helping me become a better catfish angler. I try to pay it forward whenever I can. Keep up the great work amigo!
