Each year we offer all our Veteran and Active Duty Military Customers a Special Trip on Richland Chambers to fill the freezer with Catfish Filets, This year we were literally blown out on the Monday & Tuesday Trips, but were able to get the Thursday and Friday Trips in. It was really cold each day but the Guys toughed out the early AM boat ride to the Catfish Hole and then the days warmed up like a nice Fall Day should. We caught a lot of fish, told a lot of stories and the Vets went home with a lot of filets. While most of the Guys were from the Vietnam & Desert Storm era, I had the honor to fish with two Active Duty "Tankers" from Ft. Riley, Kansas who were home on leave. THANKS to all who made our day! On Saturday, we had the Fuller Family from DFW and Houston meet up for a mid morning fishing trip and again we had a good day with lots of Trash Talking and Eaters caught! As usual we catching all our fish up the Richland Creek Arm in Timber in 15' FOW on DK's Blood Punch Bait. Easy fishing and Easy Catchin'! Check us out at www.gonefishin.biz .
