Still a hood rat because he’s from Arlington but Rudolph was trying to rip his helmet off first. He just wasn’t successful. So ole big boy said I’ll show you how to take a helmet off and did so. Not sure what was or wasn’t said but it escalated real quick and to a whole other level. Shame because he’s a talented educated kid, even though he’s from the hood, this will forever be his trademark. a guy from Gang Prairie saying Arlington is a hood? Grand Prairie- Taquerias and used tire stores on every corner. I always feel like I need a tetanus shot and a shower after driving through that third world chithole. they have a good part now if you can believe it. out by joe pool. the rest your spot on, not that there's anything wrong with that.

What was said by either player before the brawl is inconsequential. This is football; Ill tempered comments are yelled at each other throughout the game. Popular topics of discussion would include mothers, sisters, sexual and racial matters. Sticks and stones
Yup. Anything to get inside someone's head. I've heard it all and if I found out saying something set you off...every freekin' chance I would say it to you just to get you incensed. Part of the game. Don't like it then don't play. Been that way since Hop was a Gladiator.

What's anyone got against Taquerias? Isn't that racist? Chicharones taco on flour tortilla, onion and cilantro please.

Grand Prairie- Taquerias and used tire stores on every corner. I always feel like I need a tetanus shot and a shower after driving through that third world chithole. Taquerias on every corner you say? I like the sounds of this place...this so called "Grand Prairie". Who does not like taquerias? Must have lost your fool mind if you dont like that...

question: what I saw was the QB had Garrett on the ground trying to rip his helmet off, Garrett did not like this and pulled the QB helmet off, Garrett is pulled away the QB continues to escalate and comes after him again when Garrett is getting pummeled by OL men he swings the helmet. Bad yes, but I don't get the level of disgust? I have watched it like 20 times and it looks like the QB was MOSTLY to blame.

He will say Rudolph called him a racial slur, all will be forgiven. This is probably coming but the guy who went after MG is Markese Pouncey who is kind of an outspoken liberal Nancy boy psycho like all of em so if he heard it he maybe doesn’t go after MG. He kneeled with Colin the joke kapeatnik A guy could have got killed with a swinging helmet last night, and all you can bring to the table is political drivel? Nothing in your statements has a dang bit of relevance to what happened last night or could excuse what happened last night. Geez man, is your mind wrapped up in politics 24/7? What a miserable waste of time. Face it with some wisdom, and realize that there is absolutely no place for what Myles Garrett did last night in the NFL. And for that action he is about to get one of the harshest if not the harshest disciplinary actions ever levied by the NFL... and deservedly so. Terrible display, and really bad for the game.

Agree. Rudolph incited the events. But in contact sports, the one that retaliates gets the more severe punishment.

Not that it was anything bad, but that is why Garrett and Rudolph were on the ground. Football gets rough. There is no excuse for trying to (succeeding in this case) hit another player with a helmet.
May you be treated the way you treat other people, today and everyday!

This is only slightly worse than when Suh kicked Shuab in the nutz. He got 1 game, I say 3 games. You are really lacking in wisdom aren’t you? That helmet lands differently & we could be talking about a much more tragic outcome. Wake up man.

Y’all are soft. That dude messed with the bull and got the horns. Agreed. He picked a fight with the wrong guy. Rudolph seems like a punk, IMO. I don't condone swinging helmets to solve conflicts, but Rudolph is not an innocent victim here.
