The Rock is filming a new movie in Cleburne. They are using the football stadium. Story line is about orphans and football. Glad somebody is using it because the Yellowjackets haven’t resembled football in a long time.

The Rock is the stadium. However, it is Duane Johnson’s movie, according to locals. Apparently, they shot most of today.

They were filming in red oak last week-
What has happed to you does not define who you are-
HOW you react to what happens to you DOES!

PBS did an hour long special on them a ways back. It was fantastic, and definitely worth trying to track it down. Dan Jenkins, old teachers, students interviewing talking about it.
It's hard to feel sorry for someone with one leg who shoots himself in the foot.

So, is this a story about a man who stumbles upon some down and out wayward kids, and relates to them on a personal level through their sports team, and in the process of learning valuable life lessons they win a sports championship?
That sounds like a great idea for a totally original, never before been seen screenplay.

Or maybe the coaches learn fast and move on after a year.....
It's only a good cast if you catch a fish... Personal Best: 11.62 lbs
