Great set up. I an 8 f that I use on our small lake in the hood. I just finish getting it set up so I can go fish some lake and rivers. I got it to fit in the back of my 2000 expedition
so I don't need a trailer. I will only uses this one 12 time a year unless my 25 year old bass boat blows a motor. I going to add cleats like you did . I made an rear rudder from an small orange paddle from walmart so i don't have rear swing. I would like more info on that batter box.
