Deep fried in peanut oil. Thinking about doing a small turkey and maybe a few other small birds, Cornish hen, duck, pheasant. Just some thanksgiving experimentation. Drop a ham. It is awesome

Will be doing mine the only way I have ever done a turkey. Indirect on my Weber kettle. Turns out perfect every time.
