Can someone tell me how to not get emails on my phone from here anymore?

Click the drop down menu by your name in the upper right, then go to Preferences to change your email settings.

They all 4 say "no", yet I still get emails. I've tried everything.

So have you subscribed to any threads? If so, that may be whats sending you emails. Check your saved threads

You can click on the arrow next to your name and go to subscriptions
