Is there any reports from someone that has actually been fishing on Amistad with in the last couple of weeks.
Just looking to take grandson that just got of the navy for a few days fishing. I know Falcon would be better,
but I am 475 miles to Del Rio where as Zapata is 680 for me. Any reports would be appreciated.

My buddy went 2 weeks ago and said it sucked, but heโs always up the Rio Grande section. Might be better in the Pecos, Main lake or California creek areas.

With these fronts coming in, those fish are going to have a serious case of lock jaw. I'm guessing!!

They are moving pretty well. Right place right time. Sat couldn't catch a clue, went from zero to hero on Sunday. The bigger (6.90) looked either sick or post spawn? She was pretty beat up. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2019/11/full-66828-30270-123_1.jpg)
