Guys with the cold front coming in I was wondering if the cats are shallow yet?

Earlier this year in the month of April, May & June I was very successful catching some good blue cats at “West Tawakoni” & “West of Lavon”. Then in the summer months the fish stop biting.

I am planning to go this coming Saturday and was wondering if I should hit Tawakoni OR Lavon ?

Anyone lately fishing in the shallow water please let me know.

Thanks all !!

I would personally hit Lavon main lake point in 10ft of water. The more wind blown the better. It is closer to me so that is why I would choose it. If Twok is closer, go for it.

haha, Haven’t posted in awhile so anyhow .......
Lady Lavon occasionally puts out but guess it’s dependent on the time of the month. lol
She was feeling good yesterday...

West end of 2 mile...tawakoni city park in a north wind are good free places to start

Hooking a fish is like playing string with a cat. The exact size, shape, color of string matters less than how you wiggle it- and little cats are easier to fool than big ones. John Gierach
