I currently have mine in an enclosed 12X30 unit with power and cement floor, fenced and gated at Lake Fork. $875 annual pay.

Mine is in a secured 13x40 that duals as storage for overstock for my business and mini boat shop for me. $449 mo , itโ€™s high but we can get to it with our forklift so worth it.
