Miller's in Belton is probably the best all around BBQ that I've had in some time. The ribs were perfect. Jalapeno cheese sausage was decent. The prime brisket was perfect. Something that really caught me by surprise was the chicken, unreal. I ordered the last half chicken at 12:45 so you know it must go fast. Homemade pies, I had buttermilk. Green beans were very good and didn't have tomatoes or bacon which is getting a little over played. Fried potatoes were swimming in oil, which may or may not be a good thing.

I will stop here for BBQ from now on when headed North.

Excellent review. Did you get it to go and go sit by the river to eat it?
