Load up with some Stubbys cheese bait and go catch them was ould be my advice. It is the deal for numbers of fish. I hope you enjoy your time in Texas. I did the traveling deal also with time all over from san Jose to London. Font forget mexico and Ecuador. Texas is home so i plan on getting settled near the shore of lake fork. It is a premier lake in my opinion brcause of one main reason. It is loaded with shad which our favorite fish eat mostly.

Weather and schedules for work have been a bit challenging but the wifey and kid wanna go out next weekend for fishing. I have been having little luck fishing for bass the last few days so hopefully the next outing for cats will prove healthy

You should take a look at the dog park in sugar land, it runs along the Brazos river and I’ve gotten into some nice catfish there. If gar are your forte there are some big ones that feed in the drainage ditch that meets the river from the dog park . There’s lots of creeks that run all over the area you should be able to find some nice spots . Just watch the mud areas around the river banks sometimes you keep sinking and it’s a pain to get out of.

May be a nice alternative for a boat at this time.
