Seemed to be a low turnout in the hood tonight, usually swarming with the little urchins

We had six kids tonight, big change from living in the city and having truckloads brought in from all over. I could get used to this

As stated earlier it looks like 3 of my neighbors and myself ordered concrete. All the white people in my neighborhood have Hispanic children. To my best count I handed out 250 bags of chips and 62 candies to the late crowd. A little over 300 children visited my abode.

I went to a buddy’s place and drank beer. Then I went home and drank even more beer. No trick or treaters that I know of came here.

Had a weird night....been here since 2001. Out in the sticks, driveway about 100 yards long. Have NEVER had them out here. About 7:00 the doorbell rings. WTH? Two kids in costume and their mom standing there. I reach into the pocket of my coat hanging behind the door and pull out two bags of snacks from a flight I was just on. I think one was pretzels, the other was cheese crackers, like Ritz-Bitz. What I can't figure out is how the porch light was on? I've been meaning to replace that burned out bulb for three years. I'm still not sure how the switch got turned on. I live alone and never use the front door, let alone the front porch light.
