I'll let the man have his day in court before I judge. For all we know he tried to spank her and she had her mom call the cops.

If he is guilty of this...please remove him from the Rangers HOF....which in my opinion he never should have been in the first place Take down during a newscast so the world can watch it. I watched his HOF speech and it was mostly annoying and forgettable. Donald Duck could have done better. Hopefully he get some time in Huntsville, if not justice was left out.

i just cant imagine doing that and saying that to your kids. I have two daughters and know how much they need a good dad in their lives.

I doubt he will get probation with this... maybe they should drug screen him? He sure looks glossy-eyed in that photo.
