I'm looking for someone to repair my Carbon unit.
I have a broken pin in the NEMA 2000 connection port.

You might call Clear Cast Marine in Springfield, MO. They work on electronics.

Another option is discussing this with Lowrance. They may allow you to upgrade for a price.

Thanks for the information and suggestions.
I called Clear Cast and they have the part to fix it.
I also called Lowrance and they will replace the unit under warranty, but have no units in stock to replace with.
It might be a month before they have anything.

My dealer told me that Lowrance waits until they get a bunch of units then send them back to Mexico for repair and they are often short on used units.

Received a replacement unit from Lowrance 11-29-19.
6 month warranty will expire when the original warranty will expire.
