My experience with fishing Canyon lake regardless of species is that I quit going and drive further to a different lake!

potters creek park has a crappie doc, otherwise you're on your own.. there's a guy that posts on here that knows a few spots. Not a famous crappie lake but has a few.

The Potters creek crappie dock has been closed for quite some time. The only other one is at Cranes Mill park. Crappie can be caught there but like elsewhere, you have to catch them when the bite turns on. Canyon Bait House has minnows about 2 miles before you get to the dock.
