I always liked him and his music, straight up good guy. Rocky Mountain High is iconic.

It was good. Hard to explain, but almost like a hybrid of dark meat chicken, pork and rabbit. Great crispy skin.

My cousin Emma was in Peru earlier this year and tried it. She's an adventurous type just out of college. Said it was delicious. I love squirrel, I've no doubt I'd eat a guinea pig.

Being from east texas I have eaten my fair share of tree rat growing up. That said we did a little prep work, skinning, gutting etc. That looks like someone grabbed one and threw it in the fire. Out.

I'd definitely try it. Eaten enough weird stuff over my lifetime and shot enough rabbits and squirrels in my youth that it really wouldn't bother me in the slightest.
