I was struggling with the heat wave that went on and on and on, last 2 weeks I've been catching about 20 fish every time. I have been targeting rocky steep transitions and catching around 6 FOW. Cranks and spinners.
GOD is good!

Follow the bait. Whatever depth the find the large schools of shad will be where a majority of the fish are.
