Where are all the Astros life long fans at on this thread? Who talked so much when LA lost?
I see 2.
The rest must be sleep. Kinda strange H-Town fans on here, they usually show up late at night or the next day. Really surprised by how many Texans say they are baseball fans, but won't support the other team from Texas once their team has been eliminated,even though the other teams are typically Yanks. I damn sure wasn't raised that way. You support your home team, then your home state first. I hate the aggies but if they were playing for a national championship against a non Texas team I would be pulling for them the whole game. Some strange folks around here, just weren't raised right! I agree there’s some strange folks around here

Chapman is a bad arse.
Glad they made him work in the 9th, HOPEFULLY the Astros bullpen can keep this going for another inning or 2 and get Chapman out of the game.

I agree there’s some strange folks around here Agree! Hell of a game though. Both teams have displayed a ton of heart and tenacity. Its good baseball. Ive got no dog in the fight.

When they moved the Astros to the Al I think a natural animosity developed between Rangers fans and Stros fans. Do you think SF Giants fans root for the Dodgers when SF is out of the play-offs? No,they hate the Dodgers guts and hope they burn in hell. And vice-versa.

Life long Stros fan through the good times KIller Bees, and the bad times thereafter. Now we get to enjoy a great team for years to come.

I think the Astros are looking pretty good right now. Yankees are getting deep into that bullpen.

Stros haven't even been in the A.L. for 10 years. How much animosity could there be? It's not like generations of Texas fans have grown up rooting against the Stros.
When the Gers were good and h-Town sucked I pulled for Texas in the playoffs. There was no animosity just allegiance to my home state.
Just like the old saying, if you don't like Texas leave....I'll be glad to help ya!
