Weather just doesn’t get any better than this You're right. I was able to walk the campus (about 4 miles over 2 hours for the past two days) and didn't break into a sweat 4 seconds after exiting the car. So nice...but for some reason, the maintenance teams have turned on the heat in some of the buildings....not at all necessary....

Where did you buy beef ribs like that? My youngest son loves getting beef ribs like that at a bbq place here in SA. I would like to try making them myself.

Lightnin- I get them as US Chef’s Food Store. They serve the restaurant industry but are open to the public.
Here’s how I did mine. Super easy.
Lightly trim the ribs.
Coat them hot sauce, then season (I use 407 BBQ rub, or s/p)
Sit overnight
250 for about 6 hours until IT is 200 smoked on post oak
Let stand for 20 min (double wrapped in foil)
Chow down!
