Update: working with Josh @. Steve’s prop shop. Put a 25p Tempest plus on it today, WOW what a difference it has made. Jumps right up on plane, no RPM issues coming out of the hole. Just have to work with the PVS system to keep from blowing out as it comes on plane. For today I just feathered it, but once in plane it has made a huge difference in performance.

Your welcome referring to my original post. Glad you got it worked out. If you're starting point was 3 medium plugs and it's still a little to loose, put 2 solid plugs in with 1 medium and get a few drill bits starting at 3/16s and start with drilling a hole on solid plugs and go to bigger bits until you hit sweet spot.
