Never see anyone playing Dominoes anymore. Grew up
playing it and it was a staple at all family gatherings. We also played 42 and Moon. All these were very popular native Texan games.
Not saying they weren’t or aren’t played elsewhere but especially 42 and moon seemed to be played here mostly.

I’m a 42 man myself. Went to Domino Park while I was in Miami over the summer. I didn’t play but it was fun to watch.

I play 42 fairly regularly. Learned back in 1981 or 1982 from some Aggie buddies.

I have several sets of double sixes, a set of antique double nines made of ebony wood with real ivory covers and a real old set of double twelves.

My in-laws like to play when we are home for thanksgiving or Christmas. Never played before they introduced me to it.

Grew up watching my dad and his brothers play 42 for years-
I hadn’t played in a long time now though-
Good memories-

Played for years, but it seems now a thing of the past. Don't know of a domino hall anywhere. Play on the computer some just to pass the time and keep sharp for the nursing home!

Played just a few weeks ago.
Always enjoyed 42 more but you need 4 whereas you can play regular dominoes with 2.

I'm more into Bocce. Scags once led a team to the county championship. Dude can play.

Played dominoes in college—mostly with folks that grew up in El Paso.

Back in the day when crossing the border involved showing a US drivers license, the kids from El Paso knew how to party.
