Share! I'm about to pull a pork shoulder out of the freezer and carnitas sounds good. Using boneless pork ribs (loin) with al pastor spices, onions and cillantro.

Share! I'm about to pull a pork shoulder out of the freezer and carnitas sounds good. Using boneless pork ribs (loin) with al pastor spices, onions and cillantro. You know.... I wonder what would happen if you shredded that and turned it into a pulled pork sandwich?

I wonder what would happen if you shredded that and turned it into a pulled pork sandwich? I honestly don't think it would shred. I do have pulled pork in the freezer though.

We have a nice little cafeteria here at the office. Every Tuesday is Taco Tuesday and Thursday is always BBQ. I bring my lunch 95% of the time but if I ever leave it at home, I make sure it is on a Tues or Thurs.

We have a nice little cafeteria here at the office. Every Tuesday is Taco Tuesday and Thursday is always BBQ. Same where I work. While Taco Tuesday is usually pretty good, the BBQ makes Dickey's and Colter's look pretty good.
