Everything he uses comes from Italy. The flour, tomatoes, cheese, etc.

You bring a bottle of wine with you and he’ll share a glass with you.

I stop across the highway at Slovacek's. Much cleaner and nicer restrooms and friendlier staff.

A couple opened up on the routes I travel to go fishing.
I like to get there early before crowded and when the Breakfast brisket tacos are still fresh.
Good gas prices also.

They just opened one about six miles from my house. Last week gas was $1.99 a gallon, $1.79 with one of their MasterCard. 20 cents a gallon made it worth me getting a new card.

Cleaner because it’s newer and they don’t have a fraction of the customers Czech stop has.
They don’t hold a candle to Czech stop. Kolaches taste like cheap canned fillings.

Czech Stop is as close to what my grandma made that I have found.
