I am kicking the tires on this boat pretty soon since it'll fit in my garage (barely) so anyone have one and have a review of how it fishes? I fish big water alot and going to Hartwell in SC for a championship. Thank you for any help
When I am not fishing I am thinking about fishing. And mostly what I should have done differently my last trip! #Brockstarama

Had one for three years and loved it. At 19'6" it performs well in a good wind. Lots of storage and wide up front. Don't know if it was the prop on the one I bought but the hole shot was always amazing. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2019/10/full-15469-26613-ranger_z119_35707538761_o.jpg)

I have a 2012 z119 dual console with a 200 mercury pro Xs, 1 talon, too much tackle and with full live wells and one buddy it tops out around 55. It will handle 3-4 fters okay if you go slow and know how to drive it. In a cross wind it can be a little wet but if you nose into the wind on take off or coming off plane it is fine.
I really like how I can get it in tight places and it seems to draft in about 15-18” of water. I like the deck layout as well. I can fit about 20 rods in the port side and use the starboard for tackle storage.
With all that said I will either put a four stroke on it and keep it or get a 520c. . My hang up on the 520 is that I will not be able to make it fit in the garage backed straight in.

Its a 19 foot Ranger so you know it will be a quality boat and will fish good. It will be a little rough in rough water but will safely handle it. Therefore, the most important things to look at is has it been taken care of, what motor does it have, and how many hours on the motor?

The two above appear to have had 200s on them. They’re rated for 225. I knew of one with an Etec that would run 72. That was with a lot of prop tinkering.
