https://statutes.capitol.texas.gov/Docs/PE/htm/PE.19.htmSec. 19.02. MURDER. (a) In this section: (1) "Adequate cause" means cause that would commonly produce a degree of anger, rage, resentment, or terror in a person of ordinary temper, sufficient to render the mind incapable of cool reflection. (2) "Sudden passion" means passion directly caused by and arising out of provocation by the individual killed or another acting with the person killed which passion arises at the time of the offense and is not solely the result of former provocation. (b) A person commits an offense if he: (1) intentionally or knowingly causes the death of an individual;
(2) intends to cause serious bodily injury and commits an act clearly dangerous to human life that causes the death of an individual; or(3) commits or attempts to commit a felony, other than manslaughter, and in the course of and in furtherance of the commission or attempt, or in immediate flight from the commission or attempt, he commits or attempts to commit an act clearly dangerous to human life that causes the death of an individual. (c) Except as provided by Subsection (d), an offense under this section is a felony of the first degree. Sec. 19.04. MANSLAUGHTER. (a) A person commits an offense if he recklessly causes the death of an individual. Sec. 19.05. CRIMINALLY NEGLIGENT HOMICIDE. (a) A person commits an offense if he causes the death of an individual by criminal negligence. Judge Dan will help explain Counselor Fouzmans point. Yall see those two sentences in red? She did that. State of Texas says doing those things is murder. She said herself, she shot him with the intent to kill him. Went into HIS HOUSE and shot him with intent to kill him. Was not self defense. So what is it? Its murder. According to you, if someone is raping your wife and you shoot them, its murder Wrong. That would be justifiable homicide. Read up on the "use of deadly force" in Texas. I think Techs point is Dan said the two things in red make it murder, which it’s not that simple. If you simply say did you shoot that person with intent to kill, it’s murder based on what Dan said. If you then ask was he raping your wife, that’s a different thing altogether.

Its Dallas... They wanted statues torn down got it they wanted black police chief got it black d.a. office got it head d.a. voted in by black dallas prosecutor who looks like sh!t eating fart smelling lib tard got it the state and everyone else said man slaughter ...no black da wants murder got it gurranty to you if it was black cop shot white person like this there wouldnt be nothing going on black person shots,robs,kills a white person in dallas its all how he came from a broken home, balh blah blah give him some bull sh!t plea deal
now they still want more...so lets march and yell about the police association president to resighn...then what will they want... dallas has went to the blacks and is right on track to be the next Detroit. peolple and companies are all moving out, irving and idustrail blvd look like ghost towns, fire stations with no working bay doors or water, a/c , bed bug infested living quaters, cant keep police officers, hell I know I worked in the city of dallas for along long time... so no taxes equal no city services and only will leave mostly [censored] people like you see yelling and screaming
Thing that pisses me off is when there waiving his home land flag in the court house touting American Justice....really???WTF
the one thing that really pisses me off is in the 90'S my nieghbors daughter was raped by 5 black men 17&18 she was 16 and was getting off work. Theblack side of the DA office made excuses and sided with there attorneys of how they were under priv youth and came from projects..blah blah and and they all got bs plea delas. 3 yrs later when 2 of them got out on parole they raped and killed and killed a college girl in AZ. so I guess there excuse of bieng under priv allowed them to murder now.
This is just a race pleasing dog and pony show and still shows that this country and state is still racially didvided as ever...and it wont never change
I wonder how many blacks were wrongly convicted or mistreated from say 1920 to 1975 in Dallas.
call it what you will...he is not definitely not anywhere near the top of the list for QB's that I would choose needing a FG or touchdown drive late in the game.

Not directed at anyone in particular........ If someone walked into your home (regardless of anyone's skin color)...... and shot you or one of yours dead? Think about it.
And I know who "Jeff" is.

While cutting through a cluttered, dark alley, A and B find themselves in a potentially lethal situation while suddenly being confronted by a killer, Person C. But, after the shooting, Person C runs back out of the alley. Person A thought he was saving the lives of himself and his life-long friend. He meant to cause the death of C. He darn sure intended to cause serious bodily injury and commit an act clearly dangerous to human life that would cause the death of an individual. But as he would soon learn, he actually killed his life-long friend. You see those two sentences in red? Person A did that. State of Texas says doing those things is murder. What do you think Person A should get...maybe 50 years? More?

Eating icecream and raping someone's wife are also two completely different activities.

"according to Dan's statement" Of course there is exceptions dont be a dope. That excerpt also does not cover if someone is stabbing you and you do those things. Or any of 100 other situations that might cause the taking of a life would be justifiable. The Judge finds you guilty of being slow.

This is Soooo rich. I am sitting back with a nice single malt and a cigar letting the irony wash over me. We are all about the justice system and then when we don't get the verdict we want we scream bloody murder? sound familiar?

Let this be a lesson to you all. If you come home one night and someone is in your living room, run outside and double check the address before opening fire. Unless it’s a white guy. Then fire away AND, per Scagnetti, “the Lord loves a workin’ man”.
