While on duty in West Houston performing a traffic stop,he was shot and killed. While stopping the suspects vehicle, the deputy was returning to his car, a young male exited the stopped vehicle and shot the deputy in the back multiple times and in the head. Suspect is in custody. This all happened about 12:43pm. The deputy was taken to a nearby hospital where he died there. God Bless him and Bless his family in this time of need. The Deputy was a 10 year veteran of Harris County Sheriffs Office. He was the deputy that worn a Turbine..He was the first SIKH HCDS
