If I catch some panfish for cut bait on monday will they be good on saturday for cats and gar or should I freeze it.

Fresh is always best if you can’t get fresh freeze it but I’d vacuum seal if you can helps a lot keeping bait from getting as mushy good luck tight lines

I use frozen cut bait all the time with good results, but I also take earthworms and try to catch a few live baits after my rods are out. A gar will hit a live sunfish about 10X better than a dead one.
