I do a lot of scketchy stuff in my line of work . Heights ,electricity ( which I always kill the power to now lol)heavy lifting and lots of stuff osha would crawl up my tree for . But I do it because I push my comfort level a lot and stay as safe as the situations allows . Today all of those variables came in to play and I called the boss and told him I don’t feel safe . For some weird reason I feel like a coward . He was very cool about it and is going to come out on site to get a game plan going but I still can’t shake the feeling of defeat .

I think Nicky would go noodling. Anyone who would do that is pretty brave in my book. I aint no wuss but I am not sticking my hand in some rock crevices to get a flat head to attach it. No sir. I pass. Could be a dang old snake in there.

You did the right thing, Nicky. I worked offshore in an earlier lifetime. Some of the situations I found my self in I would never even consider today. But I was young, dumb and a darned hard worker.
