has anyone ever fished lake dardanelle?

going up for a big bass tournament next weekend and wondering if anyone had any good insight on what may work this time of yr.

get to knock off a bucket list lake.

Been a LONG time since I have but from what I recall swim jigs, spinnerbaits, topwaters and Texas rigs this time of year can do work. Maybe throw in a squarebill or two.

It's a part of the navigational channel, fishes pretty much like Kerr and Webbers Falls in Oklahoma if you spent any time on those? I know a few guys that fish it pretty often, I'll see if they got any ideas to look for one big bite.

thanks, fished the river where the illinois dumps into the arkansas and a few other rivers. thinkin frogs/spooks, chatterbait/lipless and trigs/crigs. goin in someone elses boat so trying to cut back on takin a full bass pro shop along.

have a few xd5/6 along too, bottom bumpers.

Arkansas river used to do well with tube jigs on the rise. Texas rig flipped around boat houses won a big tournament for some buddies of mine years ago

A lot of people who live around there think it is polluted due to it being a source of cooling for the nuclear plant, which isn't true. As a result, it may not get much fishing pressure.
