Friend and I are heading to Gibbons Creek Reservoir this weekend for some morning fishing. Heard there was little back access so we may bring kayaks.
Looking to catch some crappie and bass.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Definitely bring the kayaks. I read a report of crappie being caught around the stickups. I've been thinking about going out there soon myself. Y'all going out Saturday morning?

That is the plan
Hopefully get to the park around opening time and get out of there before the sun beats us down

Pretty slow day overall but it was a nice cool morning!
