 Crawfish traps

I want to match the colors of the crusty critters in the area I am fishing so I was wondering what traps the people that do the same use.
When I am not fishing I am thinking about fishing. And mostly what I should have done differently my last trip!

Walmart or Academy sells these traps. Wire snips can be used to modify openings. Put a hot dog/crackers/dog food in the cricket tube. Put the cricket tube in the minnow/crawfish trap. ![[Linked Image]](https://texasfishingforum.com/forums/pics/userpics/2019/09/full-30144-23762-trap.png)
